Job Description
A digital sales account executive is a person who presents small business owners, marketing professionals, recruitment and HR professionals, and other key advertising decision makers inside an organization with digital media platforms and campaigns. The right person for this job will be able to:

  1. Educate clients on how our platforms can help achieve the organization’s goals.
  2. Understands the client’s needs. Asks great questions, listens, takes noted and is organized.
  3. Recommends which platforms to use when and why, based off of the client’s needs.
  4. Ties the platforms into an advertising message and integrates the digital campaign into any other advertising initiatives that may be running simultaneously.
    The role requires a confident, self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, and good attitude. At least 2 years of successful direct sales experience is preferred but not required. Previous experience with digital advertising or marketing a plus.

Digital Sales Executive Tasks
1. Identify and develop new sales opportunities. Find out who controls the advertising budget and contact them. Ongoing client prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, and pipeline management is expected daily.
2. Be persuasive and clearly communicate why buying from Cherry Creek Media is better than competing solutions. Explain the benefits of our mediums and provide supporting data.
3. Drive sales by building and maintaining a strong client base. Close deals.
4. Retain clients by delivering results, while proving exceptional customer service and follow up.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication via pitch presentations and written proposals.
6. Create customized marketing plans with professionalism.
7. Generate ROI for clients.
